Ways to Increase Fertility to Help You Conceive Naturally

by Jenn

Conceiving naturally is something we don’t give much thought to until the day comes when you want to have a child and things don’t happen as quickly as you like.  I’ve talked to you about my fertility issues in the past which thankfully I have been able to have a beautiful baby girl, and the doctor says there shouldn’t be any reason I can’t have another, so my hubs and I are trying for another one.   This will be our last and I’m hoping things happen quickly, but we shall see.  This time around I wanted to make sure and start out doing everything I can to conceive naturally so I decided to make sure and do a few things first.

Weight control

As many of you know, I am on my journey to a healthier lighter me!  Of course for my health but weight control is necessary.  Being over or underweight can make it harder to conceive.

Watch those drinks

We all love coffee, but you can overdo it especially if you are trying to conceive naturally.  When I first started looking for things I could do to increase my chances of conceiving naturally I read somewhere that drinking more than about 5 cups of coffee daily can lower fertility.  So, it might be a good idea to slow down on the caffeine intake if you re drinking a lot of coffee.  It is okay to drink it, just in moderation.

Booze

Alcohol isn’t good for anything it should not be a surprise that it can decrease fertility.

Smoking

Smoking can impact both men and women.  Again, not good for you it shouldn’t be a surprise that it can decrease fertility and reduce sperm reduction.

Get your husband in on your plan too

Yes, he needs to do a few things too like protecting his sperm.  He can do this by keeping the temperature down there down.  So he’ll need to pay attention to things like keeping his laptop on his lap for an extended period or getting into the hot tub.  I’ve also heard, but not sure how true it is that wearing boxers is said to be better than briefs. So you might want to check into that too.

the storkThe Stork© OTC

The Stork OTC is an over the counter home conception device that is not only FDA cleared, but it’s also more efficient when it comes to delivering sperm to the cervix than trying to conceive without it.  The Stork® OTC is easy to use, drug-free, and its even clinically validated conception aid you can use to help you conceive naturally.

How does The Stork OTC work?

The Stork OTC works to combine advanced technology with an already established conception technique called cervical cap insemination.  The Store OTC kit includes a condom looking sheath with a cervical cap that is Human Sperm BioAssay tested to collect sperm while you are having intercourse.  You’ll also find an applicator to help you place the cap on the services.  The success rates for Cervical cap insemination are between 10 and 20 percent, and clinical dates demonstrate that the Stork OTC delivers a higher sperm concentration to the cervix.

The Stork OTC helps provide higher sperm concentration directly to your cervix, maintains it there which gives the sperm the opportunity to enter the uterine cavity.  The Stork OTC is a great option if you are having fertility issues and something I would suggest trying before getting involved in more invasive procedures.Ways to Increase Fertility to Help You Conceive Naturally
