What Women Actually Want For Valentine’s Day

by Jenn

Valentine’s Day is a reason to focus, especially on making the other person feel appreciated since it is the day of love. And certainly, that does not imply that we refrain from doing it during the rest of the year, but it may allow us to indulge in something a little more romantic than usual without worrying about being “cheesy.”

Some women are afraid to state what would make them happy on this day since doing so would come across as having expectations, given how many others judge this event.

There are plenty of great Valentine’s gift ideas online, but we created a short list of what women want for Valentine’s Day to help you choose the perfect gift for your loved one.

1. A Date Night at Home

During Valentine’s Day, restaurants are typically full, so many women prefer a quiet evening at home. However, most women want to avoid cooking during that day (or doing the dishes).

They want their man to prepare meals for them or to order something. A bottle of quality wine, and some dim candlelight, and you are ready!

Then, you will stay on the couch for the remainder of the evening and watch a romantic movie. Taking the time to fully participate in a simple moment rather than rushing through the busyness of daily life.

2. Flowers

Most women find flowers to be the best way to show attention and would like to receive them, even if it is cliché, but they would never dare to ask for them (especially if they very rarely receive them). The traditional rose bouquet is easily available, but why not try something a little different?

3. A Surprise Is What Women Actually Want on Valentine’s Day!

Many women acknowledge how much they would like it if their partner took the initiative!

A genuine surprise or their partner saying that they will take care of everything is what would make them feel special. This is just a desire to be relieved of mental stress.

Consider an activity, take care of the reservation, check the hours, get the kids taken care of, etc. In other words, as long as everything is carefully thought out, there is no need for it to be “very fancy.”

4. A Poem or a Love Letter

Your partner is romantic, right? Even if you’ve been dating for a long period of time or you are married, she might desire a written statement. So, let’s do this!

5. Jewelry

Jewelry can be a lovely representation of your love even if it’s not an engagement ring.

Women prefer simple, elegant, and not very expensive jewelry that they can wear every day, such as rings, earrings, chains, pendants, and bracelets.

6. A Massage

We are not referring to a massage in a spa (although it is also not a bad idea), but rather a massage performed by their partner.

A genuine massage will help them relax, especially if they have been very busy and stressed lately.

Buy a massage oil, and some candles, and create a romantic atmosphere. They will very much enjoy it.

7. A Romantic Break Without the Kids

It doesn’t have to be THE day of Valentine’s Day because the holiday doesn’t always fall on a weekend.

Ideas include spending the day in a hotel and the evening at a romantic restaurant, or spending the day at a spa.

8. A Sincere I Love You

A heartfelt “I love you” whispered to her ear or written somewhere if you don’t feel comfortable saying it yet. Guys occasionally fail to notice the impact these simple words can have! Women desire to experience love and feel special. If you haven’t said it before, now is the right time to make your lady feel loved and let her know exactly how you feel. They will remember it forever as the best gift they ever received.

8. A Marriage Proposal

Yes, last but not least. If you’ve been dating for a while, she is probably waiting for a ring and for you to pop the question. Think about it carefully, and if you are certain that your relationship is stable and you want to take it to the next level, then now is the right time to buy a ring.
