Ingredients
- One Package of McCormick Skillet Sauce – Sesame Chicken Stir-Fry
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil (we used coconut oil)
- 1-pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 cups of cut up veggies for stir fry (we used red, orange, yellow, and green bell peppers, broccoli, onion, and carrot.
- Snow peas and mushrooms are optional, but yummy.
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Boil chicken breasts in warm water with soy sauce until they’re almost cooked. Then cool and cut into strips for stir-fry.
Heat the oil in a wok on medium heat, add the chicken, and stir for 3 to 5 minutes. Add veggies and continue cooking on medium, stirring and tossing for an additional 2 to 6 minutes or until veggies are tender.
Add sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
Reduce heat and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
Cook the rice according to the directions.
