Gosh, for as long as I can remember I have had sensitive teeth, it’s seriously no fun.  If you have sensitive teeth, I’m sure you can relate to one of the worst feelings in the world – eat something hot, and take a drink of an ice cold beverage – OUCH! It’s not fun, and it hurts.  I’ve been searching and searching for something to help my poor sensitive teeth.

If you’re looking for ways to help your sensitive teeth here are a few things that might help you feel some refeif:

Soft toothbrush – My dentist once told me that tooth sensitivity can be caused from brushing with too much force with a hard bristled toothbrush.  It can cause damage to your tooth’s enamel, and exposed detin can become vulnerable.  Using a soft bristles brush can help.

Keep your teeth clean – You know that nasty white stuff on your teeth?  Keep it off, brush your teeth and keep them clean.  It’s plaque, and it produces an acid that can irritate your teeth, especially if you’re teeth are sensitive to begin with.  Brush twice a day, and if you’re able after your eat, and before bed.

Floss – Be sure you’re flossing your teeth daily.  I’ve been using a waterpik to floss in the morning and evenings, which helps promote healthy gums and can reduce sensitivity, as well as get rid of the plaque.

Food – Lots of time certain foods can cause sensitivity.  You might want avoid those foods, or not eat them as often.

Crest-Sensi-StopCrest Sensi-Stop Strips – This is a breakthrough way to get tooth sensitivity relief.  They are applies directly to the areas which are sensitive for 10 minutes.  This allows the special ingredient contact time to help sensitivity pain for immediate relief for up to a whole month of protection. The strips target a certain area of your mouth which is suffering from tooth sensitivity.

I’m sure excited about Crest Sensi-Stop Strips, it’s super convenient, and easy to use.  It’s similar to the Crest Whitening Strips, but smaller, and you’ll apply it much less.  It’s supposed to work for you to 30 days with only one strip, which is AWESOME!  Be sure to be on the lookout because I’ll be back later to let you know how well Crest Sensi-Stop Strips work for me.  If you don’t want to wait you can grab them at Walmart, be social and follow Crest on Facebook, and Twitter..
