- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped (14 oz can)

- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 green onions (thinly sliced) – optional
- 3 canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (chopped)
Recipe Directions
Making the creamy spinach & artichoke dip recipes is easy because all you’ll do is combine all the ingredients, and chill for about an hour or until thoroughly cooled.
I left green onions out of our Creamy Spinach & Artichoke Dip because both Vayda and Mattie loved it. Had I added the green onions they wouldn’t taste the dip. Crazy kids, they won’t even try anything with onions, it doesn’t matter what color they are.
Now and then, I’m lucky enough to hide them, but they liked the dip, so I didn’t add them – this time. Next time I’m going to make two bowls, one with and another without the green onion because the green onion would have added a nice flavor to the dip. However, the dip was still great without the green onion!
