Have you ever wondered how does pregnancy affect your vision? I honestly never once thought about it until I was about seven months pregnant and someone told me about it along with another few things I didn’t know. It’s amazing what having a baby does to the body, my feet even grew a whole size! I know, who wants bigger feet, I had the best darn collection of shoes and gave them all away because a size is a big difference.
The wonderful people at VisionDirect.com have teamed up with us to help raise awareness of vision and pregnancy by and provided us with this fantastic infographic to share with you. They also asked 261 women how pregnancy affected their eye site and they received some fascinating replies. While some women said that their prescription even changed, others reported having drier eyes while they were pregnant. Some even said their vision improved!
I can honestly say I didn’t notice anything different about my vision while I was pregnant but I certainly believe it can have an impact on your eye site, it messes everything up for goodness sake. Some of it go away right when you have the baby while other things linger, but when it is all said and done, it’s so worth it, there is nothing as special as a child. They are so innocent and pure, and OMG HONEST! Which yes, it’s a good thing, but it can also be a not so good thing lol.
