Gosh, my husband and I have defiantly not had the easiest of relationships but who do you know. Relationships take work, being open minded, caring, compassionate, and most importantly one must learn to forgive truly before they can properly move on from mistakes.
I admit it took me a long time to forgive. I was one of those girls who got mad about something, forgave, but didn’t really. See I would be that crazy chick who says she forgives you but doesn’t and you can tell because there are tons of low blows whenever the opportunity presents itself. However, it wasn’t something I was aware I was doing until my husband pointed it out and left me speechless because I felt horrible. I was one of those chicks. Nobody wants to be one of those chicks you know. I’m grateful he told me, but that didn’t save our relationship. At times, I felt like we were destined to fail because something was always happening.
We eventually split up; it was horrible but after a bit, I realized how much I needed to be alone so I could find myself again and become a better mother. You know, focus on what is important in my life, my daughter. After about six months my husband and I decided to give it another try, and we are doing great. We both needed that time for ourselves, to learn, grow, and realize how much we cared about one another. In the end, everything happens for a reason whether you can see it right away or not. So many good things came from our separation that would have never happened had we stayed together.

THE CHOICE sounds like an excellent movie opening just in time for Valentine’s Day. YUP, girls it is the one day we can get our guy to watch a chick flick with us lol. Okay, so I’m totally just saying that because I can get my husband to watch a chick flick with me whenever there is one I want to see, but now and then he will put me off but not on Valentine’s Day lol.
THE CHOICE is spanning a decade and tracing the evolutions of their love affair which is tested by some of the life’s most defining moments. Their love for one another is defiantly tested. The question that every couple must ask themselves is how far would you go to keep the hope of love alive?
Sounds like a pretty great Valentine’s Day movie doesn’t it? I certainly think it does! If you want to learn a little more about the film take a moment and watch the below movie trailer. Enjoy!

I can’t wait to see this movie. When I first saw the thumb nail of the trailer with the lady in sunglasses smiling, I thought it was Natalie Portman. I’m excited!
