Fanta’s Halloween Costume – Mummy and Maddie

My children have thought me over the past few years is just how important playing is, not just for our kids! Parents, it’s totally okay to act silly and play! It makes me a happier person, and I feel like I appreciate life a little more when to leave things behind for a bit, have some fun and enjoy the sun, clouds, my family, friends, or just a walk in the park.

The next time you’re with the kids, try it, play around and have fun. Before you know it everyone will be smiling, laughing, and building happy memories together! Since we can’t stop our children from growing up we need photographs and memories so we never forget those moments in life, looking at a picture often takes me back to that place and I can remember conversations, smells, people, weather, and I can feel the love I have for my children!

Halloween is right around the corner it’s time to start thinking about yanking out the old camera and snapping shots of the kids right! I know I’ll be taking tons of pictures of my kids using both my phone and my DLSR but we have also been having some fun visiting the Fanta Freaky Foto Booth and creating fun pictures that will help me remember how excited the kids were to see what they would look like if they were a mummy. It was fun, the kids had a blast and between you and me, this mommy had more fun than the kids and I didn’t even have to upload my photograph to poke a little fun at their mummy lol!

Somewhere between all the picking on mummy and the giggles we came up with our Fanta’s Halloween Costume – Maddie and Mummy Halloween Costume, which you’ll notice Fanta looks pretty fabulous in both! Can you guess which one is Maddie and which one is mummy lol!

Finally, there is a mummy and Maddie costume, lol. Okay, so you can’t grab it in the stores, but our Fanta’s looked pretty sharp trying to be Mummy and Maddie! Who know, maybe next year lol! !

I’m not sure how I ended up starting the Fanta project. I think I noticed a few Band-Aids on my desk and put them on my daughters Fanta. I named the Fanta Maddie and told my daughter, Maddie, that the Fanta bottle is going as her for Halloween – covered in Band-Aids all the time! Maddie is horrible when it comes to needing a Band-Aid, the littlest thing calls for a princess Band-Aid, I couldn’t help myself I had to have a little fun.

After I was done with the Maddie Fanta Halloween Costume, I decided to make our other Fanta the Mummy who couldn’t find her Fanta! Yea, you and I know it’s under the bandage stuff, but it’s still fun and they look awesome! It was defiantly a fun way to pick on my daughter, make her smile, and decorate my office for a bit with a Fanta that I can enjoy later! The Mummy & Maddie Fanta’s Halloween Costume put an enormous smile on our face, my daughter forgot she had a Fanta, which means it’s mine later, but ONLY if I can hide where it says, Fanta… Yes, when I’m finished with this post I’ll be turning the Maddie costume into a MadMummy ha-ha.

This is by far one of my favorites because I have always wondered what Maddie would look like as a burger lol!  She is by far the cutest burger I’ve ever seen!
