I don’t know about you but with the holidays on the way I have been craving turkey, stuffing, and mashed potatoes. Since I’m not about to toss a turkey in the oven until the holidays get here, I decided to try making Turkey, Mashed Potato and Stuffing Cups using Budding Turkey. I honestly wasn’t sure how it was going to turn out, but how can one go wrong with a biscuits, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and Budding Turkey right? Well, it was AMAZING everyone loved the Baked Leftover Holiday Turkey Cups, and it’s something you can make with your holiday leftovers too! If you don’t, have any turkey left, it’s totally okay because Budding Turkey taste fabulous in them!
Whether you’re looking for an easy pre-holiday treat or something to do with your holiday leftovers I wanted to share our newest favorite Leftover Holiday Turkey Cups recipe with you. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
Quick & Easy Turkey, Mashed Potato, & Stuffing Cups
What You’ll Need:
- 1 9 oz. package Buddig Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey
- 1 9 oz. package Buddig Sliced Honey Roasted Turkey
- 2 packages biscuits
- 1 package stuffing
- 5 medium potatoes
- 5 Tbsps. Butter (separated)
- ¼ cup milk or evaporated milk
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Let’s make this super yummy Turkey, Mashed Potato, & Stuffing Cups recipe:
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease 2 muffins tins
2.) Peel potatoes and boil in water until soft.
3.)Mash potatoes, adding 1 tablespoon butter, milk, salt & pepper.
4.)Prepare stuffing as listed on the box, using the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter, set aside.
5.)Dice both flavors of Buddig Turkey until you have about 2 cups, set aside.
6.) Open the biscuits and roll out until large enough to form a cup in one of the muffin compartments.
7.) Put a generous spoonful of stuffing in the bottom of the cup.
8.) Form a small dent in the stuffing and spoon in some turkey.
9.) Top with a large spoonful of mashed potatoes, sprinkle some cheese if desired.
10.) Bake for 8-10 minutes, until tops are a bit golden, or cheese is melted.
11.) Let cool for 5 minutes, and then serve with turkey gravy or cranberry sauce!
My family love the Turkey, Mashed Potatoes & Stuffing Cups. Of course, I enjoyed them too, but I loved how quick and easy they were too! Enjoy!
