Whether you drink a beer after work or get drunk a few times a week you might want to consider cutting WAY back on the booze. Not only is it not good for you, but alcohol also has empty calories, and it often makes one hungry. Since we don’t always make the best choices when we drink you might end up eating 1/2 large pizza and waking up feeling guilty.
3.) Don’t skip meals

7.) Stop being so hard on yourself & bashing your body
Don’t be hard on yourself. This is gong to take time and bashing on your body isn’t going to make anything easier or motivate you and more. Think positive and you’ll get further.
8.) Stop doing exercises you don’t like
If you don’t like it why do it? Besides how long will you continue doing something you don’t like? Find something you do like there are so many different ways you can get your workout it. There is no reason for you to do something you don’t enjoy that will likely result in failure. Set yourself up for success have a positive attitude and make things fun. Weight loss is a lifestyle change if you want it long term.
9.) Track everything you eat
There are tons of great apps that can help you track everything you’re eating. Seeing everything in black and white can often be an eye-opener. If you want to lose weight you might consider trying to track everything you are eating if you are not already.
10.) Track your steps
