This is an update on the 28-Day Personal Trainer Food Program that I have been on.  As you all know this is my second 28-day program that I have been working on and I am proud to say that I have lost more weight.

The 28-Day Personal Trainer Food Program is like is says above.  Delicious, Filling, Simple, Heat & Eat, Real Food.  That is no joke.  I have found the variety of food that is available is not something you are going to get tired of.  Infact it is just like you are planning your own meals at home.  You can pick from a wide variety from the menu and them eat it when you want.  You get breakfast, lunch and dinners already for you to just heat and eat.  I have gotten so used to these that I forget to cook separate meals for my husband.  Although, I have sneaked some things in on him and he really likes the taste of the Personal Trainer Foods.

Another thing I like is that there are grilled chicken strips you can put over a salad if you are wanting a salad for lunch or dinner.  These are great because they are already cut and all you do is heat them.  Perfect.

The summary of week 2 is “you get bored and impatient,  This is good.  Exercise and eating should be boring…not some exciting, emotional event.  This means it’s becoming a routine. Just like brushing your teeth, starting your car. Routines are our goal for long term health.

Your Relationships and self-confidence begin improving because you are no longer having major hormonal swings or glucose spikes. Contact our sales team at any time if you have questions or need encouragement.   Ignore the noise! TV experts, Marketing ads, the ‘latest’ diet fad, etc. Keep it simple”.

“The weekly video series will help you prepare and understand the Personal Trainer Food program. Our main goal is to educate you so you experience both short and long term weight loss results. When you understand what to expect when changing routines, your chances of success increase by a lot”.

Next week video talks about for you to not put so much pressure on yourself, your self-esteem, family and relationships.  So you don’t want to miss that because once again it more helpful tips to keep you going forward on your weight loss trip.

I think the third week will be very interesting.  I of course like to learn everything I can about losing this weight because the more I learn the more I can use towards my own goal of weight loss.

Now let’s talk about FOOD, something we all like to see and indulge in. Look at one of the lovely breakfast entrées you can have for your morning meal.  O  YUM!  Two sausage patties and an egg.  This is one of my favorites.
