Losing weight isn’t easy, it takes willpower, especially if you live a busy lifestyle.  I’m always looking for weight loss tips for people who live a busy on-the-go lifestyle because sometimes the smallest changes can have an outstanding outcome.

Since I know I’m not the only one who struggles with weight loss and living a busy on-the-go lifestyle I thought I would share a few tips that have worked well for me.If you feel the same way, you are going to love Rubbermaid and their excellent BRILLIANCE Salad & Stack Sets.  They are awesome and make meal prepping or taking along healthy snacks easy.  Which means I can bring along different diet-friendly foods to help me avoid diet burnout.

Don’t skip meals and snacks

Living a busy lifestyle makes skipping meals and snacks all too easy.  Don’t allow yourself to get into the habit of skipping snacks and meals, this has always been my reason for stopping at the store and grabbing something unhealthy.  Yes, a few times of that and I’m off my diet planning when to start again.  This is a huge no-go for me.

Variety

Get creative, avoid sticking with the same old foods day after day.  Bottom line is, you can have fun and get creative with home and on-the-go meals and snacks if you are prepared.  Be sure you have containers like Rubbermaid BRILLIANCE Salad & Stack Sets to help you not only keep things fresh but help with portion control and there are not leaky messes left behind.

Planning & Prepping

Meal and snack prepping are key for me.  I am always on the go and rarely have time to figure out a meal or snack last minute, especially if it’s after the kids get out of school for the day.  Meal and snack prepping is a great way for me to fit healthy on-the-go friendly foods into my day.  If you feel the same way, you are going to love Rubbermaid and their excellent BRILLIANCE Salad & Stack Sets.  They are awesome and make meal prepping or taking along healthy snacks easy.  Which means I can bring along different diet-friendly foods to help me avoid diet burnout.

I never used to think about the importance of a good on-the-go meal or snack prepping container but they are an important part of my success.  I mean, sure I can just toss a salad or some fruit in a container but how long do they really stay fresh.  Half the time my salad would be soggy and I would pick out certain veggies.  Having an awesome container for your prepping for your busy on the go lifestyle is key.  I recently started using Rubbermaid BRILLIANCE Salad & Stack Sets and LOVE them.  They are awesome and make meal prepping or taking along healthy snacks easy.  Which means I can bring along different diet-friendly foods to help me avoid diet burnout.

I’m loving these Rubbermaid BRILLIANCE Salad & Stack Sets!  They are truly amazing for food storage while you are on the go.  They have customizable insert trays as well as dividers to help you with portion control as well as packing yourself a balanced meal. The Salad and Stack Sets are also 100% leak-proof, so you don’t have to stress cleaning up any leaky messes.  Rubbermaid BRILLIANCE Salad & Stack Sets are truly an all-in-one solution for meal prepping as well as taking a lunch or snacks on the go.

Rubbermaid BRILLIANCE Salad & Stack Sets come with airtight latches which helps to keep the containers secured nice and tight so you can avoid those leaky messes.  The adjustable insert trays and dividers are fantastic!  If you enjoy a yummy salad for lunch, you’ll love the excellent salad dressing container too.

Rubbermaid BRILLIANCE Salad & Stack Sets are BPA Free and Safe for your microwave, freezer, and dishwasher.  Oh, and one of my favorite things is that the containers are made using stain resistant material.  Yes, the ultra-durable Triton material helps to keep the containers stain-free as well as odor-free!

*Not applicable to internal compartments created by inserts.

The girls and I recently went on a little road trip to see my parents.  Rather than stopping and spending money on snacks that are unhealthy, I used my Rubbermaid BRILLIANCE Salad & Stack Set to take some of our favorite fruits.  Oh, and of course cubed cheese for my youngest daughter.  They worked perfectly, no mess, easy to pass around and I’m loving the airtight lids.  You gotta try these!

I will use the Rubbermaid Brilliance Salad and Snack Sets for packing our snacks to the park and/or the beach or woods,we go exploring on weekends and these will come in handy for our cheese, meat, and crackers, and sliced apples and bananas and some crackers, The kids actually prefer building their own snacks and it’s a lot healthier.
